2020
Residential cleaning opens
We expanded into residential cleaning, bringing our service commitment into the homes where people live, gather, and recharge.
2021
A new name and growing vision
Deshields Cleaning Services became Cleaning for Life, marking a new chapter in the company's evolution.
2024
A new chapter in Georgia
We began serving Georgia in early 2024, carrying forward the experience and lessons gained through years of operating the business.
2025
Turning experience into clarity
At the beginning of 2025, we sold the Illinois business operating as Cleaning for Life. The transition created room to move forward in Georgia with renewed clarity about the company we are building.

Chris Deshields
Founder, Executive Clean Team
At my core, I am a caring person who wants to make other people's lives easier. That desire is at the heart of why I started this business and continues to shape how I envision our company serving others.
As a wife, mother, and entrepreneur, I understand the value of time and the importance of having dependable people you can trust. I want our clients to experience more than a completed cleaning checklist. I want them to feel that their space has been cared for and that one more responsibility has been lifted from their shoulders.
My faith is central to how I lead. I see Executive Clean Team as a representation of the Kingdom of God. We are here because of the commission given by the Lord Jesus Christ, and I believe our work should reflect that calling. For me, this business is not simply about generating revenue. It is an opportunity to honor God through how we serve, how we lead, and how we treat people.
That culture of care should be reflected throughout the company, not only in the service our clients receive, but also in the way we value and support our teammates.

That commitment includes helping individuals and families in need locally, as well as contributing to mission work in Africa. I believe the opportunities created through business can be part of something greater: serving people and demonstrating the love of Christ.
